Blaze the Biblins

Creative Design/ Merchandise

Blaze the Biblins is a community trail race organised by Monross Trailblazers, a running club serving athletes in and around Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye. The club wanted a bold, memorable identity for their flagship trail race, capturing the spirit of endurance, nature, and local pride. The logo needed to work across digital channels, social media, and race-day merchandise such as hoodies and medals.

Our Approach

We designed a distinctive emblem featuring the region’s rolling hills and river landscape, combined with the powerful visual of a blazing footprint, a nod to both trail running and the event’s name. The identity was developed with versatility in mind: it works at scale on large banners and apparel, while remaining legible in small digital formats. Hague & Gray also managed artwork preparation for print and online use, ensuring consistent colour and clarity across all applications.

Key Deliverables

  • Full logo design and brand artwork package
  • Merchandise graphics including hoodie and t-shirt layouts
  • Digital assets for race promotion and social media
  • Production-ready files for print and embroidery

The Blaze the Biblins identity has become a recognisable symbol for the event and the wider running community. The merchandise was well received by participants, with the logo reinforcing a sense of belonging and pride for local runners.
